The 9th Ritual: A Halloween One Day Tour to Remember

On Saturday, 31 October 2026, One Day Tour x Runball welcomed a fantastic group of car enthusiasts for The 9th Ritual, our annual Halloween edition. It was a day filled with distinctive cars, beautiful autumn scenery and a touch of Halloween magic, all brought together by the relaxed atmosphere and shared passion that make every One Day Tour gathering so special.

The day began in Westdorpe, where a misty autumn morning set the perfect scene for the occasion. As participants arrived, the parking area gradually came to life. Some were putting the finishing touches to their Halloween-inspired car decorations, while others took the opportunity to enjoy a relaxed breakfast and catch up with familiar faces before setting off.

At around 10:00, everyone gathered for the drivers’ briefing, followed by the start of the first leg of the tour. The next two hours offered plenty of opportunities to enjoy the cars, the company and the anticipation of what lay ahead.

A Halloween Lunch with a View

The first part of the journey brought everyone to the beautiful Oesterdam, where a delicious Halloween-themed buffet awaited. With its impressive waterfront setting and peaceful surroundings, it was the perfect place to take a break, enjoy a good meal and share stories from the morning.

After lunch, it was time to get back behind the wheel for the second part of the tour.

Discovering the Beauty of Zeeland

The afternoon route took participants through the characteristic landscapes of Zeeland, offering a wonderful variety of scenery along the way.

From coastal stretches alongside the North Sea and impressive bridges to winding roads through natural landscapes and long, open stretches of tarmac, the route offered something different around every corner. It was a chance to appreciate the surroundings, enjoy the character of each car and simply make the most of a beautiful autumn drive.

As the afternoon progressed, the convoy gradually made its way back towards Westdorpe, bringing the driving experience to a close.

An Evening to Bring Everyone Together

Back at the starting location, the day continued with a relaxed aperitif and an opportunity for participants to catch up, exchange experiences and make new acquaintances.

As evening settled in, everyone gathered around the table for a delicious autumn dinner, the perfect ending to a day that was about much more than just driving. Good food, familiar faces, new friendships and plenty of conversations made for an atmosphere that perfectly captured the spirit of the Runball Family.
